Personal data are held at Unifiedarts under the following legal and purpose-related basic conditions at Unifiedarts and are generally subject to the user rights according to DSVGO. We try to reduce the storage time of your personal data to a minimum. Further legal requirements for storage are restrictive.

Applicant data – for the duration of the application process within the framework of the provision of services and beyond this, personal data in application documents can be stored for up to 3 years – as a rule, application data is officially stored for 6 months; in individual cases, we reserve the right to store this data in accordance with civil law as defined by BDSG §28.
